We are truly here to serve you.
Our deepest respect to the teachings of Yoga
and the master teachers whom we have studied with.
We trust in the process of this practice
and know that the way in which we share the teachings
will benefit you throughout your life.
May you be blessed fully, and open to your highest
potential through out the 6 months and beyond.
"May we all live like the lotus flower,
at home on the banks of the muddy river. "
Namaste,

200 Hour Hot 26 & Yoga Alliance Certification Course
Before each module you will receive PDF’s of the upcoming module’s manual with additional hand outs pertaining to the module. You are expected to print this up and organize it bringing it to class in a 3 ring binder. You will also need a notebook and any books that are required for the module. One week prior to each module you will get an email specifying the main topics of study, hand outs, and any books needed in class.
After each module is over you will receive you tube links, additional resources that may have come up in class and would support your learning. By the end of the course you have a significant amount of useful information.
The books we have listed are in different categories.
We did this to help with costs. The philosophy books are categorized for us to use in a group project. We will decide this on our first module and your group will take one book on, sharing the knowledge with the group in module 5.
You will also keep a daily practice log, including all of your hours you read, practice, and meditate on your own.
Check your email for a link to this page & a copy of the HOT 26 Dialogue.
