The INSIDE is warm & cozy.
A perfect place for you to move your body and empower yourself.
Our studio is heated by INFRARED HEATING PANELS! This kind of heat is supportive to your practice.
The heat is not harsh but rather like rays of sunshine that warm you up & make you feel good!
Please bring your own MAT & TOWEL.
You may rent a mat & towel for $2 EACH.
We prefer if you bring your own!!
